Local Flounder en Papillote
One special evening to enjoy a freshly prepared meal – customized to your tastes – prepared and served by Chef Laura in your home or beach house. Our consultation will help you decide a menu. Chef Laura will do the shopping, prepare the meal in your kitchen, serve you and clean up. You won’t have to lift a finger. Check out our menu page for a few sample dinner menus.

Dinner Parties
This is an extension of our Dinner Service for larger parties. Contact Chef Laura for intimate dinner parties prepared in your home. Perhaps you’re looking for cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres. Maybe you just want to wow your guests with a 4 or 5 course meal. Whatever you decide, it will be delicious, inspiring and a worlds away from a reheated buffet.
Weekly Service
Tired of take-out but don’t have time to cook for yourself or your family? Chef Laura will create a week’s worth of evening meals to put in your freezer, along with instructions. She’ll do the grocery shopping, then come to your kitchen to do the cooking (of course) and the clean up. All you have to do is follow the simple heating instructions and enjoy chef-crafted dinners for your entire family all week long. Chef Laura will conduct a consultation to plan each week’s menu. Choose from hundreds of dishes and variations!
Hire Chef Laura for one week, for the summer, or on a continual basis. Crystal Coast Cuisine can be hired to create 3 to 5 dinners per week.
Perfect for busy families that want to eat better, but don’t have time to cook OR for vacationers who don’t want to waste time shopping or cooking but want to make the most of their beach houses!
