Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

There are some things that are an essential part of growing up, and peanut butter cookies are just that! Having a plate of warm, fresh from the oven cookies and a tall glass of ice-cold milk, take me back to my childhood. These peanut butter cookies have that classic cross hatch on the top, that holds on to the milk perfectly.  Just the aroma of the baking cookies is enough to bring a smile to my face!  My recipe for these traditional cookies bring the flavor of the peanut butter front and center.  I use no flour whatsoever, so these are full of flavor and incredibly easy (just four ingredients).
