• Gluten Free Cooking – an introduction

    The Celiac diagnosis is becoming more common, and thanks to doctors, experts, authors, and patients the word about gluten-free living is spreading. However, there is still a lot of confusion and misunderstanding – especially if you’ve just been diagnosed with Celiac.

    I’m here to help! I am not a dietician or a physician. But I understand the intricacies and nuances of cooking wonderful gluten-free meals and snacks at home. That’s why I am offering:

    Gluten Free Cooking – an introduction

    • I’ll bring some supplies and recipes to your kitchen.
    • We’ll talk about different flours and some of the different products available,
    • I’ll go over some the essential details of successful cooking for a gluten-free lifestyle
    • Includes a starter pack with some basic ingredients and a collection of my favorite recipes for you to try on your own.
    • Live outside my usual range? My travel fee is minimal, and worth it if you’re feeling truly discouraged.

    There were times when going gluten-free felt like a death sentence for my taste buds. But there are so many wonderful options and ingredients out there. Let me help you make the transition to gluten-free!
