Weekly rates can vary based on several factors. These include number of patrons and complexity of dishes selected. The cost will be divided into two parts.
1. Groceries (The cost of the ingredients for the dishes you’ve selected)
This fee will vary with the ingredients chosen and the number of meals prepared, usually starts around $130+.
2. Service Fee (The chef’s fee, includes the pantry fee)
This fee will vary with the number of meals prepared and, under special circumstances, with particularly complex meal choices. The pantry fee covers the cost of items such as spices and storage containers. The service fee covers, among other things, the chef’s time for consultation, grocery shopping, meal preparation and cleaning up.
A good estimate for preparing 5 dinners’ worth of meals (EntrĂ©e and one or two sides) for a family of four (20 total meals) is $190 service fee + Groceries. This should only be viewed as a rough estimate.
