Dinner (or single evening) rates can vary based on several factors. These include number of patrons and complexity of dishes selected. The cost will be divided into two parts.
1. Groceries (The cost of the ingredients for the dishes you’ve selected)
This fee will vary with the ingredients chosen and the number of patrons, might start around $95+.
2. Service Fee (The chef’s fee, includes the pantry fee)
This fee will vary with the ingredients and complexity of the menu and the number of patrons. The pantry fee covers the cost of items such as spices and disposable equipment. The service fee covers, among other things, the chef’s time for consultation, grocery shopping, meal preparation, service and cleaning up.
A good estimate for five course meal for a family of four is $175 service fee + Groceries. This should only be viewed as a rough estimate.
